Ain't that amazing.I also had requested to speak to a supervisor or higher position, he said that they can not be reach. on 2/1/22 and had spoke to John Bold.He finally gave me the order #. Mind you this is the third time that the check was on the way to me.Īll this time I had asked each one of the person I had spoke to give me the order # because I was asked for it all the time I called but none of them had bothered to give me the order #.įinally, when I called again. , I called again and asked to what is going on with the refund check.I spoke to Shane (C/S) tranferred me to Hannah, she said she only takes orders don not know why I was transferred to her.I again got transferred to Hazel (C/S) she said that according to the record that the check was cancelled and that she is going to issue me another check and to give it AGAIN 7 to 10 business days. I have not received anything from you all.She said that she is going to cancel that check and will send me another check and to give it again 7 to 10 business days. This time I spoke to Ariel, asked to why I have not received the refund check that I had requested since. So I had requested to just give my refund back.I had bought them so I can wear it for the Holidays coming and it is already the 21st.I told her to just send me my money back.She said give it 7 to 10 business days for me to get it in the mail. How do you expect me to know that I still owe an amount. ![]() I had asked her you have my mailing address right? she said they do not notified customer by mail. ![]() She said because they did not have my phone # nor my email address. I had asked her why I have not been notified about it. This is the reason why I have not received what I had ordered. I called the customer Service # and had asked the status of my order dated 12 /21/2021. I was wondering why I have not received my orders. I had placed an order by mail and wrote a check for the amount of $113.89 dated. ![]()
